Shipping policy
ISLA Supply is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages, tracking numbers will always be provided. If you have any problems, please contact the shipping carrier service. Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not part of the list, please reach out to shopping proxys to purchases overseas.
Please note that International packages are subject to customs duties and other applicable brokerage fees.
We only ship on weekdays every 2-3 days, no shipping on weekends.
